JobAps HR Recruiter Training
The Department of Administrative Services is offering this class to provide Human Resources Professional Recruitment Staff training on JobAps, the new applicant recruitment system being implemented to improve the State's hiring process. You have been selected to attend this two day training. The training will review:
The Online Employment Center (how to navigate the system, view job classes and interest cards, creating an applicant account, completing and submitting an application)
Creating a requisition and a recruitment (job opening)
Reviewing applications online and annotating applications
Searching for applications, e-mailing applicants with Notices throughout the process
Creating an certification list of candidates and forwarding list to Hiring Managers for review
Referral questionnaires
On-line interview scheduler
